I attended Western Michigan University for my Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and Central Michigan University for my Masters of Science and Doctorate of Philosophy in Psychology.

Teaching Interests

I typically teach the following classes:  General (Introductory) Psychology, History of Psychology, Health Psychology, the Psychology of Sleep & Dreams, Theories of Learning.

Research

My areas of interest are in health related behaviors, such as diet, exercise, and especially sleep and dreams.

I am a member of the Sleep Research Society, the International Association of Dreams, and the Textbook & Academic Authors Association.
